Characteristics of Generation Z
Making an analogy with his son, Samuel - who was born in 2014 - Christian presented some of the characteristics of Generation Z which, from his knowledge as a father and professional, are the following:
Cheerful by nature.
Lovers of new technologies.
Restless and sensitive to their immediate surroundings.
They prefer open spaces.
Determined when making decisions.
They recognize their abstract side.
They face adversity with ease.
They protest against what seems unfair.
Rivera says that this type of behavior is almost similar in all people who are part of this generation, and this was confirmed by his interaction with the event participants.
