Training contracts are contracts of a fixed duration that aim to help younger groups find employment.
There are two types:
Internship contract: the worker has the qualification that enables him to carry out the professional activity. It is about acquiring experience in a specific job and that this experience acts on the studies completed.
Training and apprenticeship contract: under this employment relationship, the worker/student acquires both theoretical training and practical training for the exercise of a profession.
And what about interns? Where would this group fit in?
Internship contract
A scholarship is not a contract per se, but rather an exclusive spam database cooperation agreement for students between three parties: the educational center, the student and a company. The schedule and salary are stipulated in this agreement.
There are various scholarships, but (about 4 or 5 hours) and usually lasts 6 months.

The objective of this agreement is for the student to have his or her first contact with the world of work, being able to apply what they have learned in class in a direct and practical way.
The Supreme Court's case law has indicated that in no case can an intern replace a job: the difference between an internship and an employment contract lies in the purpose of each. The granting of internships does not consist of benefiting from the intern's activity, but rather in the help provided in his or her training.
…the purpose of the scholarship is not to “appropriate the results or fruits of one’s effort or study, obtaining from them a utility for one’s own benefit.
If the internship contract is used fraudulently, it makes employment precarious, in addition to constituting unfair competition with other companies or professionals who act in accordance with the law.
Curricular internships
Internal or curricular internships do not entail any employment relationship. They are not remunerated and do not pay Social Security contributions, nor do they entail the labour rights set out in the Workers' Statute.
These are academic activities that are integrated into the Study Plan and may be mandatory or optional.
Extracurricular Internships
External or extracurricular internships : are those carried out in external entities and companies once the course load has been completed. These internships, and particularly those of university origin, entail a special employment relationship.
