The word funnel is increasingly appearing in the vocabulary of most marketers. But what exactly is it? A sales funnel, or in Czech, a sales funnel, or purchasing process, is actually a list of stages that a customer goes through from the time they first learn about a product to the time they purchase it. The funnel is divided into several stages, each of which requires a different way of promoting and approaching the customer.
• Awareness phase. The future customer learns about the existence of the product.
• Interest phase. The customer shows uk email data interest in the product, seeks additional information and investigates what benefits the product would bring him.
• Evaluation phase. In this phase, the customer examines the price of the product and compares it with the prices of similar competitive products.
• Purchase decision phase. In this phase, the customer finally decides to buy the product.
• Purchase phase. The customer buys the product.
►For some types of products that are purchased repeatedly, such as short-term consumer goods or long-term service subscriptions, additional phases occur after the sale.
• Evaluation phase. The customer considers whether they are satisfied with the product and renews the subscription or orders another batch of the product.
• Repurchase phase. The customer repurchases the product or renews the subscription.
